InsightTrack offers the following subscription options:
All subscriptions are auto-renewable. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
You agree not to use InsightTrack for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:
InsightTrack allows you to access and analyze your Instagram data. You retain all rights to your content. By using our app, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
InsightTrack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall InsightTrack or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
